Immanuel Ness

Immanuel Ness’ research and published scholarly work focuses on the political economy of comparative labor movements, workers’ social organization, Global South political economy, socialism, and contemporary imperialism. He is the editor of the Journal of Labor and Society (Brill). Ness is a Senior Research Associate, the Department of Sociology, Centre for Sociological Research and Practice, University of Johannesburg.
