The presentation explains that Indian Economy is basically a market-oriented economy with constant rebalancing between state and
market.

The process of globalization does impact the changing balances in India. These dynamics are best illustrated by the changes in financial system. The outlook for the economy and the financial system in the short-term appears somewhat uncertain, though in terms of fundamentals, the outlook is very positive over the medium to long-term. India’s policy-framework is likely to contribute positively to global economic growth and stability.

The presentation is divided into:
