The site redesign presents the preferred use for the Institute’s logo: knocked out against a solid color (not just a rectangle, but a full color wash).
The header on large screens places the logo in the upper left corner at 286px wide x 53px tall. On small screens, the logo is reduced to 173px wide x 33px tall. On the Homepage, the logo is a bit larger (366px wide x 67px tall) to frame the page.
In print applications, the minimum size for the Institute’s logo is 1 inch wide or .185 inches tall. In web applications, the minimum size for the Institute’s logo is 160px wide or 30px tall. The Institute’s logo should never be stretched, skewed, or modified in any way beyond scale and fill color.
Header gradient
The logo sits on a linear gradient. This can be reproduced in Photoshop with a linear gradient from
#651f34 and #460826 at 50 degrees, scaled at 150%.
